OT Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operation theatre and sterilize surgical instruments before surgery.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during various surgical procedures efficiently.
• Maintain sterile conditions to prevent infection during surgical operations.
• Handle, clean, and maintain all surgical instruments and equipment.
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure comfort during surgical operations.
• Manage surgical inventory and replenish supplies as per requirement.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards always.
• Support post-operative care and assist in patient transfer.

Skill & Experience

• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and operating room procedures.
• Ability to maintain strict hygiene and sterilization standards always.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills under pressure situations.
• Quick decision-making ability during emergency or critical surgeries.
• Technical proficiency in handling and maintaining surgical equipment efficiently.
• Understanding of patient care, safety, and medical ethics thoroughly.
