Job Title: OTM Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting OTM solutions. The ideal candidate should have both functional knowledge of transportation processes and technical proficiency in OTM tools, integrations, and extensions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end OTM implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Rate Maintenance, Freight Settlement, Contracts, and Fleet Management.
• Develop technical components such as Integrations, Agents, SQL queries, Reports, Web Services, and Automation.
• Work with XML, XSLT, and FTI for OTM customizations and data transformations.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues across OTM modules, integrations, and related upstream/downstream systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SCM, Finance, WMS, etc.) for solution design and deployment.
• Ensure solution performance, data accuracy, and adherence to best practices.

Skills Required:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in OTM implementation or techno-functional roles.
• Strong understanding of transportation planning, execution, contracts, rate structures, and logistics processes.
• Technical expertise in:
• OTM Agents
• XML/XSL/XSLT
• SQL/PLSQL
• Integrations (REST/SOAP, Fusion, SOA, ICS/OIC preferred)
• BI & FTI reporting
• Experience working with OTM Cloud is a plus.
• Good communication, requirement analysis, and client-facing skills.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Order Management, Inventory, Procurement).
• Experience with OTM automation, custom screens, and workflow extensions.
• Exposure to Agile methodology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
