OTR Box Truck Driver - Fredericksburg, VA

We are currently looking for a box truck driver for our Fredericksburg, VA location.

This is a delivery/pick up position responsible for driving a 26-foot box truck interstate and intrastate for the purpose of delivering and/or picking up various types of copiers and printers and the associated accessories for these machines. This requires using excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills and working in accordance with state and DOT regulations and MOE company policies and standards.

This position is OTR (over the road) for 3-4 nights.
Drivers leave out typically on Sunday or Monday’s and return to warehouse on Thurs or Fridays.Guaranteed home on weekends

REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 23years old
- Experience Driving 26ft Box Trucks
-Good driving record/MVR – no more than 1 moving violation in last 3 years; no DUI’s or driving on suspended license
-DOT Physical/Med Card
-Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment

SCHEDULE/WORK HOURS:
Our drivers typically leave the warehouse in Fredericksburg, VA on Sun or Monday and are OTR for 3-4 nights before returning to the warehouse. The customers we deliver and pick up from operate Mon-Fri 8-5 so we are able to guarantee our drivers are home Friday night and Saturday and Sundays if they don’t leave out on Sundays.
Hotels are paid for by company for any Overnight Stays.

PAY/TRAINING:
Weekly on Friday's
Our drivers are paid Salary + Route Pay as applicable

SALARY
- Hire to 90days $600 weekly + route pay
* (avg weekly earnings before taxes $735-$995)
-After 90days you will move to $650 weekly + route pay
*(avg weekly earnings before taxes $785 - $1025)

-ROUTE PAY:
Sunday Pay - $90 + 1/5 of Weekly Base Salary
Overnight Pay - $45 per Mon-Fri
Additional Route Pay - $100
Stair Pay - $50 per machine

-Hotel’s are paid for by the company through HE and CLC lodging with a nightly budget
