OTR Class A Owner Operator

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as an OTR (Over-the-Road) Class A Owner Operator, where you will take charge of long-haul freight transportation across the country. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer across long-distance routes, adhering to all federal and state transportation regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT standards.
• Manage route driving efficiently, including planning optimal paths for timely deliveries.
• Transport various types of freight: 50% Drop & Hook
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and delivery operations.
• Proficiency in operating manual transmission trucks.
• Ability to load & unload freight manually or using equipment like forklifts.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and DOT regulations governing commercial trucking.
