OTR Dispatcher: Join Our Growing Team!

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Over-the-Road (OTR) Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will help manage our fleet operations, support our drivers, and ensure exceptional service for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and monitor OTR drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, brokers, and internal team members.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates on load status.
• Proactively identify and resolve service issues and transportation challenges.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, FMCSA requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and update dispatch software in real time.
• Assist drivers with routing, breakdowns, detention issues, and customer concerns.
• Coordinate schedules to maximize fleet efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous trucking, logistics, or dispatch experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements is a plus.
• Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and load boards preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
