OTR Driver / CDL A / Home most Weekends/ 2800+ miles/ Up to $0.65 CPM / Weekly Pay

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable CDL Class A OTR Driver to join our team. You will start in Lebanon, TN, haul freight to destinations across the Southeast and Midwest, and complete a live unload at the delivery point.

We offer 60¢ per mile starting on day one, with an incentive program that increases your rate to 62.5¢ after 90 days and up to 65¢ after one year. Detention pay is $20 per hour after the first hour of being live loaded or unloaded.

Our dispatch team is supportive and works with drivers to accommodate personal needs as much as possible. We aim to have our drivers home most weekends.

Once freight is delivered, we typically secure a backhaul returning to Nashville or Memphis, keeping miles steady and reliable.

Duties

• Operate and drive tractor-trailers and occasional flatbeds safely and efficiently
• Deliver freight on time to scheduled destinations while following assigned routes
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safety and DOT compliance
• Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and maintenance records
• Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or issues
• Follow all company safety procedures and DOT regulations
• Represent the company professionally at all delivery sites.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Minimum 2 years of Class A driving experience
• Experience with various truck types (dump, tanker, roll-off, refrigerated, flatbed) preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Good communication skills for working with dispatch and customers
• Ability to work flexible hours depending on delivery schedules

Pay: $0.60 - $0.65 per mile
