Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Out-Patient Manager at Makkah Medical Center Hospital, located in Mecca. The Out-Patient Manager will oversee the daily operations of the outpatient department, ensuring smooth and efficient patient flow. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring high standards of patient care, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, or Hospital Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in outpatient or healthcare facility management
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in healthcare management or administration
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in healthcare software and systems
