Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in healthcare / hospital / pharma marketing (field experience mandatory).
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to outstation locations.
• Self-motivated and target-driven individual.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field visits to doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate companies in assigned outstation areas.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Promote hospital services, specialties, and facilities in the assigned regions.
• Organize medical camps, awareness programs, and tie-ups with local organizations.
• Collect market insights and competitor activity reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly patient referral targets.
• Submit daily/weekly visit reports to the Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate with the hospital team to ensure seamless patient services for referrals.
