Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Outbound Appointment Setter / Lead Generator specializing in Health Insurance to join our growing team. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest in health insurance products
  • Engage in professional B2B (business-to-business) and B2C (business-to-consumer) conversations to identify needs and qualify leads
  • Effectively negotiate and communicate the value of our health insurance offerings, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives by confirming details with potential clients and ensuring they are well-prepared for consultations
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills and customer service throughout all interactions

Experience

  • Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, tele-sales, or inside sales roles, preferably within the health insurance or technology sales sectors
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing leads and tracking activities
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or business development is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to outbound calling campaigns and warm calling techniques
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets and generating new business opportunities

Pay: $400.00 - $500.00 per week
