Responsibilities

- Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules

- Follow up with prospects via phone or email to confirm appointments and nurture ongoing relationships
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and persistence throughout all interactions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales environments, preferably within technology or technical sales sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections gracefully and close appointments effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions
- Knowledge of outbound calling techniques, warm calling strategies, and marketing fundamentals is highly desirable
- Demonstrated customer service orientation combined with proactive business development abilities
