Outbound Call Center Agent for SEO / Digital Marketing Campaign (Night Shift)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Outbound Call Center Agent for our SEO/Digital Marketing campaign. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, experience in international campaigns, and the ability to close deals with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international clients to promote SEO and digital marketing services
• Generate leads and close sales over the phone
• Explain services such as SEO, social media marketing, PPC, and website development
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of outbound call center experience (SEO/Digital Marketing campaign preferred)
• Proven track record in sales and target achievement
• Excellent English communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work in night shift
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Basic CRM and computer proficiency
