Outbound Call Center Telemarketing Team Lead

Synergy Power is a thriving player in the fast-growing solar industry. Our appointment setting team keeps our sales reps across the US booked with money-making opportunities every day. We are currently hiring a driven and experienced Call Center Team Lead to step into a leadership role while continuing to perform at a high level individually.

This role is for someone who leads from the front. You will be responsible for hitting your own weekly KPIs while helping develop, train, and support a team of appointment setters under the direction of management.

You will still be on the phones, setting the standard, while ensuring the team around you improves daily.

Responsibilities:

Hit and exceed personal weekly KPIs consistently
Lead by example on the phones with strong performance and consistency
Assist in training new hires on scripts, rebuttals, and call flow
Provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members
Work directly with management to improve team performance and culture
Help maintain accountability across attendance, effort, and execution
Support daily operations and ensure standards are being followed

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills in English with the ability to lead and influence others
Proven ability to perform in a high-volume outbound call environment
Natural leadership ability with a no-excuses mindset
Ability to coach others while maintaining your own performance
Highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities at once
Reliable, on time, and able to work in office Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm

Experience:

Required: Telemarketing or Telesales Experience
Required: Proven performance hitting or exceeding KPIs
Preferred: Solar Appointment Setting Experience
Preferred: Prior leadership or mentoring experience

Income Potential:

Base Pay of $18–$22/hr depending on experience
Bonuses and overrides tied to both personal and team performance
Top performers in this role can earn $30–45/hr+ combined
