Outbound Caller – UK Care Sector (Remote, Full-Time)

Overview
We are looking for a confident and professional outbound caller to contact care providers across the UK and book qualified appointments with decision makers.

This is a structured, performance-driven role focused on high-quality conversations and appointment setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Calling UK care providers (care homes, domiciliary care, supported living)
• Speaking with reception and decision makers (Registered Managers, Owners)
• Qualifying interest in staffing and apprenticeship opportunities
• Booking qualified appointments only (not unqualified leads)
• Updating call outcomes in HubSpot after each call

What Makes a Successful Call
You will only book a meeting if:

• You are speaking with a decision maker
• They show genuine interest in apprenticeships or staffing
• They are open to discussing recruitment or training solutions
• A confirmed date and time is agreed

Tools You Will Use

• HubSpot (CRM) – to manage leads and update call status
• Aircall (Dialler) – to make calls using a UK phone number

Experience with these tools is a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• UK business hours (required)
• Approx. 6 hours per day
• Example: 9:30am – 3:30pm UK time

Requirements

• Fluent English with a clear, neutral or British-style accent
• Experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting
• Confident speaking with UK-based managers
• Ability to control conversations and qualify leads properly
• Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
• Laptop and headset (required)

Compensation

• £500 per month (base salary)
• £10 per qualified and attended appointmentQuality is more important than quantity. Only genuine, qualified bookings count.What We’re Looking For

This is not a generic call centre role.

• Can follow a structured process
• Wants to grow with the role
