Outbound Calling Agent – Female (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and experienced Female Outbound Calling Agent to generate qualified leads for Energy POS Machines and Lending Services. The role includes reaching out to businesses, presenting service benefits, and coordinating follow-ups with the sales team. This position requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to engage with business owners professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads for POS machines and lending services
• Explain service details clearly and professionally
• Identify potential business clients and maintain lead pipelines
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Meet weekly/monthly lead generation targets
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal team

Required Qualifications

• B2B outbound calling / telesales experience is required
• Strong communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
• Comfortable in handling objections and maintaining professional attitude
• Basic understanding of POS machines and lending products
• Must be self-motivated with strong work discipline (remote environment)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
