<Duties>

• Maintain detailed records of all interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and sales progress
• Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality for future campaigns
• Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships, answer questions, and move deals toward closure

<Requirements>

• Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales within a B2B environment
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor
• Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to explain complex solutions clearly
