Outbound Cold Call Specialist - Experience Required - Secur-Tek Home & Business Security

Competitive Hourly Pay $18-$25/hour + Commissions + Bonus

Position Overview

We’re looking for confident, motivated, and money-driven individuals who aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people. In this role, you’ll make high-volume outbound calls to generate qualified leads for our award-winning home security and smart automation systems.

You’ll be doing a mix of cold calling, following up on warm leads, reaching out for upgrades, and asking for referrals. This position offers a competitive hourly pay plus commission and bonus. What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling experience (security, home services, or B2C sales preferred)
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, professional phone presence
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets
• Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Reliable transportation to our Apex office
