Outbound Customer Service Associate (E-Commerce)

We’re expanding our team and looking to hire a Outbound Customer Service Associate to join our growing company.

Position Summary:

This role is responsible for interacting with customers across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. The Outbound Customer Service Associate will assist both prospective and current customers, as well as support our internal team with special projects and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to generate and engage potential customers.
• Answer and respond to inbound customer phone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage and reply to customer emails in a timely and courteous manner.
• Provide real-time support through live chat on the company website.
• Assist customers with orders, product inquiries, and post-purchase support.
• Support internal projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fluent in English

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $40,000 -$42,000 per year
