Outbound Growth Executive (SDR / Lead Generation Operator)

Tariq Road, Karachi (On-site / Hybrid)
Night Shift Required (US business hours alignment)

Compensation

₨150,000 – ₨250,000/month (based on experience)

+ Performance Incentives:

About the Role

We are NOT hiring a call center agent.

We are looking for an experienced outbound growth operator / SDR who understands how to build predictable sales pipeline — not just make calls.

This role requires someone who has already worked in outbound systems and understands:

  • How to find the right prospects
  • How to improve data quality
  • How to increase connect/pickup rates
  • How to book qualified B2B meetings consistently
  • How to use multiple outbound channels together

Success is measured by qualified meetings and pipeline generated — not call volume.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for building and executing outbound systems, including:

  • Defining and refining Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Sourcing and building high-quality lead lists
  • Improving data quality and targeting strategy
  • Running multi-channel outbound campaigns:
  • Cold calling
  • Cold email sequences
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Increasing pickup/connect and reply rates
  • Booking qualified sales meetings
  • Working with founders/sales team to improve messaging and conversion
  • Tracking and optimizing outbound performance metrics

Performance Metrics

You will be evaluated on:

  • Qualified meetings booked per week
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
  • Call connect/pickup rate improvement
  • Reply rate from outbound campaigns
  • Overall pipeline quality (not just quantity)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (STRICT)

We are ONLY considering candidates who have:

  • 3+ years experience in SDR / outbound sales / lead generation
  • Proven experience booking B2B meetings (not just calling)
  • Experience with cold outreach (calls + email + LinkedIn)
  • Understanding of ICP building and targeting strategy
  • Experience improving outbound performance metrics (connect rate, reply rate, meeting rate)

Must be able to explain clearly:

  • Where you source your leads from
  • How you improve data quality
  • How you increase pickup/connect rate
  • How you consistently generate meetings

NOT A FIT IF YOU ARE:

  • Call center agent with script-based calling experience only
  • Inbound sales representative only
  • Dependent fully on provided lead lists
  • Unable to explain outbound strategy or targeting logic
  • Focused only on “making more calls” instead of improving systems

Work Requirement

  • Night shift (US market alignment)
  • Must be consistent and reliable with working hours

BONUS SKILLS (BIG ADVANTAGE)

  • Experience with US/UK SaaS or B2B clients
  • Apollo / ZoomInfo / LinkedIn Sales Navigator expertise
  • Cold email copywriting experience
  • Experience working in startups or outbound agencies
  • CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
  • Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline metrics

Interview Process (STRICT FILTER)Stage 1: Screening

  • Explain your past outbound results (meetings/month, not calls)

Stage 2: Practical Test

  • Build ICP for a sample business
  • Create lead sourcing strategy
  • Write 2 cold email variations

Stage 3: Strategy Interview

  • “How would you fix a system with 3% pickup rate and low meetings?”

Only candidates who answer with clear systems thinking will proceed.
