Job Description: As a Recruiter at 1st Class Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to join our brokerage. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Your responsibilities will include:

• Making Calls
• Social Media and Email Marketing
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and industry professionals.
• Present the differentiators and reasons to join 1st Class Real Estate
• Getting every agent in our market to know about 1st Class Real Estate
