This is NOT your typical recruiter role.
No endless resume screening or Boolean searches. This is a high-energy, outbound “hunter” position built on daily cold calling, relentless persistence, LinkedIn dominance, and charismatic relationship building with ambitious, ego-driven mortgage professionals.
What You’ll Do (Daily Execution)
- Execute 60–90+ outbound dials per day (power call blocks) to source and engage top MLAs/LMSs.
- Import and qualify 100 new leads weekly via ModelMatch and other platforms.
- Build a powerful LinkedIn presence (20–50 meaningful touches daily: personalized connects, DMs, comments).
- Send personalized texts and follow-ups to every candidate you speak with same day.
- Book and facilitate virtual calls with our CEO, taking detailed notes using our proven template (candidate details, fears addressed, conversation flow, aspiring traits).
- Master objection handling, fear mitigation, and discovery to convert “not interested” into excited next steps.
- Maintain flawless GHL/CRM hygiene and pipeline management.
- Hit aggressive ramp-up goals: 1 hire in 30 days, scaling to 6 MLAs per month.
What We’re Looking For (Ideal Candidate)
- 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (mortgage/financial services or high-volume sales recruiting strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of high daily call volume and pipeline conversion in competitive markets.
- Charismatic, high-energy personality with genuine belief and sales-closer instincts.
- Relentless persistence never accepting soft “no’s” and locks in next steps on the spot.
- Tech-comfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, VideoAsk, and AI recruiting tools.
- Mortgage industry knowledge is a big plus (but not required, we’ll train the right hustler).
- Organized, coachable, and obsessed with results.
