WECU is seeking a full-time Outbound Relationship Officer to join our Contact Center team located in Bellingham, WA. This position is responsible for processing and/or finalizing a wide variety of member transactions including opening and maintaining all account types and loan offerings. By using effective communication with prospective and current members, this individual will sell credit union products and services to better the lives of our membership and achieve organization goals.
This is a full-time position with availability required for a rotating Saturday shift from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Minimum 1 year experience as a WECU Service Consultant or Relationship Officer or related experience in a similar role at a financial institution or 3 years sales and customer experience in a retail environment may be accepted instead. Relevant training and/or lending or sales experience in a credit union, bank or other financial institution preferred. Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is from $25.20 to $35.58 per hour.
