We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our digital services, and generating qualified sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Introduce and explain our digital services offerings.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Schedule appointments and sales consultations.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

Compensation

• Base Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)
• Commission: Uncapped earning potential
• Bonuses for achieving performance targets

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
