Outbound Sales Associate – Logistics / Freight (NVOCC)

We’re a well-established NVOCC logistics company looking for someone who can confidently connect with importers and supply chain teams across the U.S.

If you’re comfortable on calls, handle rejection well, and want to build real sales skills — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Reach out to importers, exporters, and operations teams
• Introduce our ocean freight services
• Qualify opportunities and identify shipping needs
• Set meetings for the pricing/sales team
• Follow up via email, LinkedIn, and calls

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator with confidence on calls
• Comfortable speaking with decision-makers
• Consistent and resilient
• Organized with follow-ups
• Interest in logistics or global trade

Compensation

• $17–$20/hour + incentives
• Bonus per qualified lead / meeting
• Growth into higher-earning roles
