Inside Sales Agent (ISA)
Be the Voice of Our Success at Harrison Lilly Realty!

Starting pay is $2,000/month + commissions, making this a GREAT opportunity to launch a long-term real estate career with strong earning potential.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that greets and nurtures our inbound leads. Harrison Lilly Realty is licensed in Louisiana, and we’ll even pay for your Louisiana real estate license, giving you a clear path to grow within the industry and within our team.

What You’ll Do

• Answer and engage with incoming calls, messages, and inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
• Qualify leads, understand their needs, and guide them through their next steps.
• Set high-quality appointments for our agents to help clients move forward confidently.
• Work closely with leadership while getting hands-on support to become licensed in real estate.
