Responsibilities

  • Join the PLACE New Agent Launch to master lead generation and prospecting scripts.
  • Turn inbound sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
  • Transform outbound sales opportunities into booked meetings.
  • Assess leads to understand their motivation and financial situation, then relay this to the sales agents.
  • Keep the database updated and maintain productivity reports.
  • Dedicate time to improving your skills through education and script practice.
  • Become an expert in the local real estate market.
  • Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls.
  • Use PLACE Technology to track your activities and manage client information.

Qualifications

  • Great at building relationships and enjoy interacting with people
  • Passionate about sales and closing deals
  • Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
  • Love working in a team and achieving team goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent on the phone
  • Experience meeting sales targets

  • Team-oriented
  • Real estate license is a plus
