About the Role

We are hiring 3 on-site outbound callers/appointment setters for a USA-based AI education business. This role involves making outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and booking high-quality appointments with individuals who have a genuine interest and need for AI training services.

Compensation

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using office systems
• Communicate clearly and confidently with USA-based prospects
• Qualify interest and need effectively
• Schedule and confirm appointments in the CRM
• Meet call and booking targets

Requirements

✅ Excellent English speaking and listening skills
✅ Previous experience in outbound calling or appointment setting
✅ Professional phone presence and objection-handling ability
✅ Ability to work on-site and follow scripts
✅ Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented

Preferred

• Sales, education, or SaaS experience
• CRM and dialer familiarity
• Basic AI or tech knowledge (training provided)
