Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to qualified ecommerce leads using proven scripts
- Clearly present ecommerce products and services and handle objections with confidence
- Ask sharp discovery questions to uncover pain points and buying intent
- Close deals on the call or advance prospects to the next stage
- Log all activities accurately in CRM and follow defined sales workflows
- Execute structured follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain a professional, confident, and consultative tone on every call
- Meet daily activity targets and monthly sales goals consistently
Job Requirements
- Proven outbound sales or cold calling experience (ecommerce preferred)
- Strong understanding of ecommerce models (Amazon, Shopify, DTC, or digital agency services)
- Fluent English with clear pronunciation and confident speaking ability
- Objection handling and closing mindset, not a script reader
- Ability to learn offers fast and communicate value, not features
- High discipline, punctuality, and zero attendance issues
- Comfortable working with CRMs and call tracking tools
- Results-driven attitude with hunger to earn commissions
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience selling ecommerce services, marketing, or SaaS
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA, Shopify, or digital marketing funnels

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
