Role Overview:

This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role – you'll personally prospect, pitch, and close brands into our platform using the 3-step sales funnel (GK posts → stats/docs → OBSA solutions + CTA), leveraging community validation and Vox Pop social proof. Execute outbound via calls, LinkedIn, email, and networking in a lean, bootstrapped setup with AI tools for efficiency.​

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation :

  • Build and qualify leads for 1 non-niche category (10–50 brands); research GK, marketing stats, and OBSA fit using provided sheets.
  • Make 50–100 daily outbound calls/emails/LinkedIn messages to decision-makers.​

Sales Funnel Execution :

  • Run 3-step outbound sequences: (1) Share unusual GK (3 days), (2) Marketing stats + downloadable docs, (3) Tailored OBSA solutions with CTA – close in 6–7 days per cycle.​
  • Use community responses and Vox Pop as leverage to book demos and onboard products.​

Closing & Follow-up :

  • Conduct discovery calls, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals for platform listings.​
  • Nurture warm leads from college promotions and social channels into paying brands.​

Tracking & Reporting::

  • Update CRM/sheets with interactions, pipeline status, and wins; hit weekly targets (e.g., 5–10 onboardings).​
  • Report directly to founder on conversions and revenue traction.

Requirements :

  • 1–2 years in outbound sales, B2B prospecting, or tele sales (startups preferred).​
  • Strong phone/LinkedIn outreach skills; resilient to rejection with closing ability.​
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, basic CRM, AI tools for personalization.
  • Chennai-based for local networking; target FMCG/brands.

Preferred :

  • Experience with sales funnels, social commerce, or campus-to-B2B leads.​
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/BANT qualifying or tools like Apollo/Outreach.​
