Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (PKT)
Salary: PKR 200,000 – 250,000/month + Commission (Non-Recurring)
About the Role
GSS Tech Solutions is hiring an Outbound Sales Executive who is confident on calls, comfortable with cold outreach, and fluent in English.
Note: This role is NOT for candidates who avoid calling.
You will be expected to actively reach out to prospects via cold calls, LinkedIn, email, and social platforms and convert conversations into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate business through cold calling, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, CRM and social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to build and manage lead lists.
- Handle inbound leads and aggressively follow up to close deals.
- Pitch and sell services including:
Social Media Marketing & Management
Digital Advertising (Meta, Google, etc.)
Custom Software & Web Development
IT Consulting & Digital Solutions
- Maintain strong product and service knowledge to confidently handle objections and close sales on calls.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through consistent outbound activity.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, calls, and deal progress.
- Share performance insights and pipeline updates with management.
Commission Structure
5% commission on monthly sales of USD 7,500 and above
3% commission on monthly sales below USD 7,500
