Looking for Outbound Sales Intern:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Hunt for potential clients across corporate websites, LinkedIn, and industry databases.
  • Cold Outreach: Execute outreach campaigns using cold calling, cold emailing, and social media messaging.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess prospects to determine their needs, budget, and purchasing authority before handing them to Account Executives
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, responses, and lead statuses using CRM software.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule strategy calls, product demonstrations, or meetings between interested prospects and senior sales staff.
  • Market Research: Gather competitive intelligence and industry trends to refine sales pitches and targeting strategies.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentation materials, and follow-up collateral.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and strong English proficiency.
  • A go-getter attitude with the ability to handle rejection, manage objections, and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and comfort with digital communication tools.
  • Strong time-management and record-keeping skills.

Other Details:

· Working Days: Monday to Friday with an alternate Saturday On) from 6 pm to 3 am

· Location: Remote
