About Us
Sites by Sara is a Utah-based web design and digital marketing agency helping small businesses grow their online presence. We’re expanding our reach and looking for a motivated, commission-only Outbound Sales Representative to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to small-business prospects.
• Present tailored web and marketing solutions that drive measurable results.
• Manage your own pipeline and CRM activity (ClickUp + other tools).
• Follow up with leads to build relationships and close deals.
• Collaborate remotely and join occasional in-person meetings in the Salt Lake area.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of outbound or B2B sales experience (digital marketing a plus).
• Confident communicator and closer with a self-starter attitude.
• Goal-driven, independent, and motivated by performance pay.
• Comfortable working remotely with light in-person collaboration.

Compensation

• 100% commission-based (no base pay).
• Earn 15–20% of new revenue per closed deal.
• Example: Close a $5,000 project → earn $750–$1,000.
• Unlimited earning potential + bonuses for hitting targets.
• Fast commission payouts.

Job Type: Contract

Projected Total Compensation: $20,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
