Outbound Sales Representative

Sexton Pest Control is Hiring Outbound Call Center Representatives!

We are hiring an outbound call center representative to set new appointments and sales. You will be tasked with cold calling customers creating leads and making sales. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Cold Calling
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions and comments.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Comfortable using computers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
