We’re looking for a driven cold caller to help us connect with business owners and book qualified meetings for our sales team.

The Role

This is a pure outbound sales role. Your job is simple:
Call local businesses
Start conversations
Book qualified meetings

You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, making daily calls, and consistently setting appointments.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls daily (using scripts + dialer)
• Introduce our services clearly and confidently
• Qualify prospects and identify real opportunities
• Book discovery calls for our closing team
• Manage and track your pipeline
• Log calls and follow-ups consistently
• Maintain communication with our team

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone who actually enjoys being on the phone
• Confident, resilient, and comfortable with rejection
• Self-motivated and disciplined (no micromanagement)
• Hungry to earn — you understand effort = income
• Sales or cold calling experience is a plus (not required)

Compensation

• $500 Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses (No Cap)
• Earn $300 – $500 per closed deal
• Additional performance bonuses and incentives for hitting targets
• Unlimited earning potential

You don’t close the deals — our team handles that. You get paid for setting qualified meetings that convert.
