Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and disciplined Part-Time Outbound Sales Representative / Inside Sales (Appointment Setter – Real Estate) to join our in-office team. This is a high-activity, outbound sales role focused on generating and qualifying opportunities for our real estate agents. You will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective buyers and sellers from a provided lead pool, with the primary goal of setting qualified listing and buyer appointments. This is an entry-level opportunity with strong earning potential and a clear path for growth within the real estate industry.
Duties
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients
- Conduct warm calling campaigns to nurture leads and convert prospects into loyal customers
- Set listing and buyer appointments for real estate agents
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Qualify leads based on timeline, motivation, and readiness
- Coordinate, confirm, and track appointments to ensure attendance
- Execute consistent follow-up to minimize cancellations and no-shows
- Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethics on every call
- Follow proven scripts, systems, and KPIs while remaining adaptable and coachable
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients through consistent follow-up and personalized communication

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay + Commission Structure
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential
- Estimated First-Year Earnings: $30,000 – $75,000+
