The Role (Outbound Sales with an A&R Edge)

This is a pure outbound sales role with A&R influence.

You are responsible for finding artists, building relationships, and closing deals. Once an artist signs, they enter our system—but your role is to bring them in and get them committed.

This is high-volume outbound sales. If you’ve done cold outreach, recruiting, or closing, this is the same skillset—applied to the music industry.

What You’ll Do Daily

  • Prospect artists through Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and streaming platforms
  • Send outbound messages and build conversations
  • Get artists on calls and present our model clearly
  • Close deals (contract + payment)
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline through daily outreach
  • Push forward only serious, coachable artists

Compensation (Built for Closers – No Cap)

20% Revenue Share (Primary Income):

  • Our artists average $4,000/month
  • You earn 20% per artist = ~$800/month per artist

Example Earnings:

  • 10 artists = $8,000/month
  • 20 artists = $16,000/month

Bi-Weekly Stipend (Per Artist You Sign):

  • $50 every 2 weeks per active artist
  • Example:
  • 10 artists = $500 every 2 weeks ($1,000/month)
  • 20 artists = $1,000 every 2 weeks ($2,000/month)

What the Stipend Is For:
This stipend is designed to support you outside of commission income so you can operate like a professional rep without being limited financially. It helps cover:
