The Opportunity

Add People is quickly expanding into U.S. territory with our newly established Austin office. Over the last 24 years, we’ve become one of the UK’s largest full-suite digital marketing agencies working with SMBs. We’ve built up a global base of over 4,000 clients, with a team of 250+ people in our Manchester office and are excited to be growing our Austin team. With our rapid growth, we’re now looking to expand our Sales Development Team.

We understand people are the center point in realizing our vision. We are bringing a small team from the UK with extensive product and operational knowledge, and we are looking for the right people to bring their local expertise, passion and drive. We are launching with our E-commerce, PPC management and SEO optimization services. Our clients are true entrepreneurs passionate about growing their businesses, so we are looking for people to match that energy.

You will be a key player in our growing team, having the chance to make a real impact, driving our sales operations forward and shaping the future of Add People’s global expansion. Key Responsibilities

We will provide thorough data on potential clients we know are already using Google Ads. You will prospect leads for our eCommerce services through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales tools. Your targets will be around leads passed over to our BDE team.

Be at the forefront of our growth journey as you craft and implement exciting sales strategies tailored to the US market, exceeding targets and making waves in the industry.

Build meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions.

  • Utilize video calls for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Showcase your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to drive forward-thinking business development initiatives.
  • Our sales processes are highly collaborative, so you will work with the account management and technical team to ensure client delivery.

The Ideal Candidate

  • We understand you may not have any formal experience for this role. If you do not have experience in this field then show us your track record of success and passion from other areas.
  • Has experience in communicating effectively and demonstrates immense drive to succeed in this field.
  • Shows entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation, thriving in a startup culture that values creativity, agility, and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Great team player but also enjoys a bit of friendly competition.
  • Strong business acumen and a good grip on financial ratios.
  • Has an understanding of digital marketing, specifically PPC operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
