Outbound Sales Representative (Remote - Egypt)

Job Overview

You will be an industry expert contacting small business owners to help them become more successful with the services we offer. A minimum of 150 calls per week must be made, on specific days as will be discussed and specified. You will manage your leads properly, call all your appointments back as scheduled, close sales, and communicate with the owner of the company regularly.

A very important component of your job will be that you continuously strive to learn more about the industry that we serve, as well as how you can improve your own skills in order to be the best of the best.

Requirements:

• High level of attention to detail (such as applying correctly per this post's requirements)
• Near native level English speaking skills
• Quiet working environment with high speed internet, a laptop/computer, and cell phone
• An outgoing "chameleon" personality who can match anyone they speak to
• A true will to help others become successful
• Competence in sales / communication skills
• Availability from 5pm to 1am (or similar, such as 6pm-2am)

Compensation

Base salary of $26,000 EGP, with commissions on every sale.

For reference, an average sales representative earns approximately $50,000 EGP monthly, with high performers easily able to approach $75,000egp
