We are looking for confident and energetic Cold Calling Specialists who can connect with trucking companies, generate interest in our services, and help expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to truck owner-operators and small to medium-sized trucking companies in the U.S.
• Introduce company services and identify potential business opportunities.
• Engage prospects in professional conversations and build rapport.
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and lead status.
• Follow established sales processes and communication standards.
• Work closely with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly activity targets.

Requirements

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or call center operations is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Ability to work night shifts on a regular basis.
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools.
