Job Description:
We are looking for energetic Outbound Sales Specialists to join our on-site Frontier campaign. The role involves contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales. This position is ideal for individuals who are goal-oriented and comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Provide accurate information about Frontier services
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable options
• Close sales and achieve assigned targets
• Maintain call outcomes and sales records
• Follow campaign scripts and quality standards
• Work collaboratively to meet team goals

Job Requirements:

• Education: Intermediate or above
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven mindset
• Basic computer handling skills
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Ability to work on-site
