Role Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. The role focuses on making outbound calls, engaging with prospects, and closing clients for our digital marketing services. You will use your sales expertise and digital marketing knowledge to build trust, handle objections, and convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
• Present and explain our digital marketing services in a persuasive, solution-oriented way.
• Overcome objections confidently and close deals.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and sales progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound sales / client acquisition .
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, PPC, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in closing deals.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 70,000 PKR per month
• 10% commission on each closed sale
• Performance-based growth opportunities.
• Remote-friendly work environment with flexibility.

Work Schedule

• Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
• Following the USA business calendar & time zones .
