Mainely Grass is seeking a highly motivated Outbound Salesman to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are competitive, resilient, and excited by the challenge of building something through hard work.

We are seeking driven individuals who are eager to earn well and learn quickly. What You'll Do

• Prospect neighborhoods and generate new leads through door-to-door outreach
• Educate homeowners about our lawn care services and value
• Set appointments and close new service agreements
• Track activity and results daily
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the Mainely Grass brand
• Consistently work toward weekly sales goals
