As a Solar Cold Caller, you are the frontline of our sales engine. Your primary role is to initiate contact with prospective customers via outbound calls, qualify their interest in solar energy, and schedule appointments for our expert Solar Consultants. This role is perfect for a resilient, communicative, and goal-oriented individual who thrives on turning conversations into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Outbound Prospecting: Make a high volume of outbound calls to leads from provided lists, marketing campaigns, and targeted demographics.

· Engagement & Qualification: Quickly engage homeowners, introduce the value proposition of solar energy, and assess their eligibility and interest using a structured qualification script.

· Lead Nurturing: Build rapport, overcome initial objections, and educate potential customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar.

· Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality, confirmed appointments for our outside sales team, ensuring all lead details are accurately captured.

· CRM Management: Diligently log all call activities, customer information, notes, and outcomes in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

· Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly metrics for calls, contacts, qualified leads, and scheduled appointments.

· Team Collaboration: Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to share insights, refine scripts, and improve overall strategy.

Full Time Job from 4:00 pm - 1:00 am including breaks

Basic Salary 15K

Kpis 1.5K

Transportation allowances 1.5K

Commission 25$ as per each deal.

Days off Saturday & Sunday

Part Time job allowed only for females
