Work From Home | Texas Based

Pay: $15 per hour
Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 10am to 7pm CST plus one weekend day

About the Role

We are seeking a confident, personable, and reliable Outbound Telephone Booking Consultant to join our growing portrait photography studio team.

This is a fully remote position where you will contact warm leads in the Dallas area to book portrait sessions. If you enjoy talking to people, can follow a proven script, and love creating excitement over the phone, this role may be a great fit.

This position is ideal for someone looking for long-term, stable remote work with structure, support, and clear expectations.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads
• Follow scripts and booking procedures
• Create excitement and confidence for portrait sessions
• Accurately schedule appointments and document notes
• Maintain professionalism and attention to detail

Required Experience and Qualities

• Previous experience in phone sales or similar role required
• Confident, upbeat, and friendly phone presence
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems
• Self-motivated with good time management
• Comfortable working independently
• Tech savvy and able to learn new systems quickly

Home Office Requirements

• Fast, reliable cable internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated home workspace
• Corded headset compatible with computer

Training

Training is mandatory and provided.
It will take place over 3 to 5 days, remotely, during business hours.
Additional details will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
