We are seeking an experienced Outbound Tour Operator to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in handling outbound holiday packages along with air ticketing sales. The role requires excellent destination knowledge, supplier coordination, and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, sell, and manage outbound holiday packages
- Handle flight bookings, ticket issuance, reissuance, and cancellations
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and transport suppliers
- Provide accurate quotations and itineraries based on client requirements
- Manage visa assistance, travel insurance, and special requests
- Ensure timely confirmations and smooth execution of tours
- Handle customer inquiries and provide post-sales support
- Maintain booking records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an Outbound Tour Operator
- Proven experience in air ticketing sales
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre preferred)
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and travel products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism is an advantage
