To generate new business through proactive outbound sales activities, building strong relationships with agencies, corporates and direct clients, and converting leads into revenue for Holiday Best Gulf.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential B2B and B2C clients (agencies, corporates, repeat customers, new leads).
  • Identify decision makers and introduce Holiday Best Gulf products and packages.
  • Qualify prospects based on interest, budget, travel requirements and timeline.

2. Sales & Conversion

  • Present and explain holiday packages, group tours, and special deals over phone, email and WhatsApp.
  • Prepare and send proposals/quotations and follow up until closure.
  • Negotiate rates within company guidelines and convert confirmed bookings or tie-up agreements.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain a small portfolio of active agencies/corporate clients.
  • Schedule online/phone meetings to explain offerings and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate with reservations/operations for smooth service after the sale.

4. Reporting & System Updates

  • Update all calls, leads, meetings, proposals and outcomes in the CRM / Sales Master Data.
  • Maintain a clear sales pipeline with next actions and follow-up dates.
  • Share daily/weekly sales activity and performance reports with the line manager.
