What You'll Do:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to US-based customers.
• Promote our premium vacation packages.
• Hit daily and weekly sales goals.
• Log calls accurately in our CRM.
• Work well with the team and keep up the energy.

What You Bring:

• 6+ months of phone sales experience (Preferred).
• Superior verbal communication: Must be fluent in reading and clearly speaking English to engage effectively with our US-based customer base.
• Clarity and Persuasion: Ability to be easily understood over the phone while maintaining a high level of professional phone etiquette.
• Self-motivation, drive, and a strong "close."
