Outdoor Camping Equipment Set-Up Co-Ordinator (Customer Facing)

URGENT HIRING – Outdoor Camp Host / Field Operations (Immediate Start, February 2026 - 4 Days per week)

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, customer-facing outdoor professional to join our team immediately in a short-term interim role during our busiest season.

This role is Thursday to Sunday every week, from now until end of April, with a strong opportunity for full-time employment and visa sponsorship next season (September) for the right person.

Overtime available at 200 AED per day for non-working days.

About the Role

This is a field-based, customer-facing position focused on setting up camping and desert bbq setups for customers - then welcoming guests at desert & wadi camping locations across Dubai and the UAE.

Your primary responsibility will be to:

• Prepare and Setup Camping equipment for customers before they arrive
• Meet customers at the agreed meeting point (co-ordinate over whatsapp)
• Escort or Guide them to their private camping setup
• Driving on sand, simple off-roading not challenging
• Welcome them, show them the setup, and answer basic questions
• Ensure a smooth, friendly handover
• Leave once the customer is settled

You will not be managing logistics, bookings, or planning - your role is to be setting up and then be face of the experience when clients arrive.

Availability (Non-Negotiable)

• 4 days per week: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• From now until end of April
• Hours vary depending on bookings (Typically morning to early evening 6/7pm)

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
• Already holding a valid UAE visa (freelance visa, own visa, NOC/LLC, or similar)
• Confident driving in desert environments (4x4 experience is a big plus)
• Friendly, calm, well-spoken, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Fluent in English
• Enjoys the outdoors, nature, and desert environments
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Presentable and professional with guests
• Wants to do a job that is fun and different to anything else!

This is a customer-facing role, so personality and attitude matter just as much as experience. Nice to Have (Not Essential)

• Experience in tourism, events, hospitality, or outdoor activities
• Experience guiding, hosting, or welcoming guests
• Comfort driving off-road / desert terrain

Future Opportunity

This is initially a short-term interim role, however:

• If you’re a great fit, there is a clear pathway to full-time employment
• Visa sponsorship available starting next season (September)
