Outdoor Customer Service Team Member - Landscape

JOB SUMMARY

The Outdoor Customer Service Team Member provides superior customer service, checkout, and loading assistance to customers. The position involves a high level of physical activity working with customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Scan products accurately for checkout.
• Pull and verifying orders against order slip.
• Organize deliveries as necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service and possess basic product knowledge.
• Keep customer service areas neat and organized.
• Load and unload customer vehicles as necessary.

OTHER DUTIES

• Execute the duties of the position in alignment with the Company Mission and Conduct Policies.
• Use technology as required by the position.
• Complete required annual trainings as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and other departments.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Product knowledge a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
