Outdoor Education Instructor

• Plan and deliver outdoor education programs aligned with the school’s curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Organize nature walks, field trips, and experiential learning activities that promote environmental stewardship.
• Facilitate outdoor team-building exercises and adventure-based learning (e.g., obstacle courses, camping basics, survival skills).
• Ensure student safety by conducting risk assessments, maintaining safety protocols, and supervising activities.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate outdoor activities into subject lessons.
• Maintain outdoor equipment and ensure resources are ready and safe for use.
• Encourage students to develop respect for nature, responsibility, and teamwork.
• Provide feedback to parents and school staff on student participation and progress.
• Continuously research and incorporate innovative outdoor learning practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
