Outdoor Female Sales Executive

Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team at Trustco Pest Control and Cleaning company. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
• Generate leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

2. Client Engagement:

• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase our Pest Control and Cleaning services.
• Understand Clients’ needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

3. Sales Negotiation:

• Collaborate with clients to create customized service packages.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable agreements.

4. Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Address client concerns promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

5. Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team for refining sales strategies.

6. Sales Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and results.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales (preferably in the pest control or cleaning services industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with pest control and cleaning industry practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
